As our new Sales Engineer, CBS Aftermarket, you will be spearheading aftermarket sales activities across the Shanghai region, developing dealer networks, and driving revenue growth in high-potential verticals such as data centers, hospitality, zero-carbon campuses, and healthcare. What you will be doing
As a Sales Engineer, you'll create impact by Growing Grundfos's aftermarket presence in Shanghai by building a strong dealer ecosystem and delivering tailored pump solutions to key accounts across high-growth commercial building segments..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Drive aftermarket business growth in the Shanghai area to achieve agreed sales targets.
- Build mature Aftermarket dealer network in Shanghai Region, develop dedicated Aftermarket dealers, and improve existing dealers’ performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including facility management companies, ESCOs, end-users, and engineering contractors
- Focus on high-growth verticals such as data centers, hospitality, zero-carbon campuses, and healthcare to capture new business opportunities
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a results-driven sales professional with deep HVAC system knowledge, proven project-based selling experience in commercial buildings, and the ability to independently prioritize and execute against ambitious targets. We would also imagine that you have:
- 3+ years of project-based sales experience in HVAC,familiar with HVAC systems very well
- Have experience in the sales of commercial buildings such as data centers, industrial plants, hotels, and hospitals.
- Experience developing and managing dealer or distributor networks
- Result driven, strong responsibility and executive ability and Self-driven with ability to prioritize tasks based on set objectives.
It is a plus if you also:
- Existing relationships with facility management companies, ESCOs, or major end-users in the Shanghai region
- Experience with aftermarket retrofit sales strategies
- Knowledge of pump products
