What is the job about?
In your role as Sales Development Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of launching inventive products, mentoring the sales engineering team, and ensuring technical support is available. With a team of 7 across France, Benelux, and Maghreb, and the guidance of our experienced manager in France, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in water management.
 
Your main responsibilities:

  • Business leadership for introducing to the market innovative and advanced products & technical solutions
  • Technical promotion and prescription, towards designers – consulting engineers – installers – and other decision-makers, of innovative technical solutions in water circulation and control/automation of HVAC circuits (circulators – control valves – controllers – PLC’s)
  • Technical support of the sales force, HVAC products & applications, within the management of commercial projects in Building industry
  • Technical support of Key Account Managers to promote new technical solutions to strategic customers (buyers, business developers)

 
Your background:
We imagine that you have: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English.
  • Good knowledge of control and automation of HVAC and Plumbing circuits.
  • Experience in specifying and selling plug’n’play and tailor-made technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of project management in Building industry.
  • Proactiveness and the ability to influence others.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Experience working with CRM and MS office, specifically Excel for analyzing purposes.
