Sales Development Engineer, Commercial Building Service Division, Northeast Asia, Hybrid

What is the job about?

Accelerate Grundfos’ growth and expand our presence in the commercial building sector across Northeast Asia.

Enhance our product offerings by transitioning from standard pump specifications to energy-efficient E-pumps in key industries such as data centers and hospitality. Host technical seminars for consultants, dealers, and channel partners to showcase the benefits of E-pumps and strengthen our market influence.

 

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Convert application understanding into business growth contribution with new solutions, support sales with equipped with sales argument, competitive analysis and technical detail to engage with customers.
  • Establish the customer centric solutions with E pumps and solution, HVAC pumping systems, by applying the good application knowhow.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to develop compelling sales arguments for our products and solutions. Facilitate the exchange of product information between product team(s) and sales teams to ensure timely flow of updates.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training and support for colleagues in the CBS APAC region, ensuring they are competent to handle complex inquiries independently to accelerate business growth"
  • Provide Grundfos Commercial and Technical Proposal for new opportunities to End-Users/Consultants.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Development Manager and Marketing to develop training materials and tools, to deliver awareness on company technical expertise and innovative solutions by establishing regional knowledge networks and knowledge sharing process
  • Follow technology trends and ensure outside-in application input for business development, technology planning and product champ teams.

 

Your background:

        We imagine that you have: 

  • Minimum 4-5 years in similar sales development or business development role
  • Demonstrated experience in Commercial building services in Korea or Japan
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree desirable
  • Commercial communication in English, Korean and Japanese (trilingual desirable)
