Service Sales Engineer C&I – Grundfos Water Treatment
Grundfos Water Treatment is looking for a Service Sales Engineer for the C&I Division. With the acquisition of Culligan Commercial & Industrial in Italy, France, and the UK in September 2024, we have expanded our water treatment portfolio to meet the diverse needs of industries, ensuring superior water quality and efficient solutions combined with Grundfos’ world-renowned capabilities in pump technology. This powerful combination will offer even greater benefits to our customers.
In this position, you will play a fundamental role for the development and management of after-sales for the C&I Water Treatment Customer with the main objectives of reaching the reference budget and full customer satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales calls and customer visits for the assigned area
- Collaboration with corporate functions to identify and develop service packs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Prepare offers and quotations to be discussed with the customer and the shipowner
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- Technical qualification as chemical
- Previous experience of 2 years in structured companies in the plant sector, preferably specific in water treatment
- Availability to work off-site and continuous travel within the assigned territory
- Knowledge of the English language
- Strong skills of empathy and creation of interpersonal relationships
- Problem solving skills, ability to work on projects, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, motivation, availability for mobility and inclination towards innovations complete the required profile
