As our new Commissioning Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, and commission pumps and water treatment systems while serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers. You will join a diverse, supportive, and inclusive culture focused on growth, well-being, and belonging.
What you will be doing
As part of the Commercial Service team, you will deliver field service and technical solutions that maximize water system reliability and strengthen customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and commission water treatment systems and accessories in the field and workshop
- Identify root causes of mechanical, electrical, and system failures, providing technical advice at system and application level
- Perform hydraulic tests, energy checks, and risk assessments before service activities
- Prepare repair quotes, write service/FAS reports, and share customer leads with the sales team
- Work with Service Coordinators on job planning and support installations with the sales department
- Operate and maintain workshop equipment, including drill presses, lathes, and mills
What makes you a great fit
You are a hands-on problem solver with strong technical skills, customer focus, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
We imagine that you have:
- Associate's degree in engineering or technical education (electrician, mechanic), or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of relevant service experience
- 3–5 years of experience in the water treatment industry and knowledge of industrial processing plants
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and system failures
- Strong communication skills with customers and other stakeholders
It is a plus if you also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
- Experience leading minor service activities or projects
- Knowledge of pump service best practices and systems

The indicative gross annual salary for this role ranges between €34.404,00 and €49.006,00 depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, profile, and market benchmarks.
