Job Description

Are you a customer service professional who thrives as the central coordination point between customers and cross-functional teams? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new CSSC Frontline Specialist, you will be managing customer orders, resolving inquiries, and coordinating across sales, supply chain, finance, and distribution teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience across the Baltic region. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Supply & Service Center (CSSC) Baltics team, you'll create impact by Serving as the key link between our Baltic customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and building lasting customer relationships that drive business growth..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Process and manage customer order changes including lead times, shipping conditions, cancellations, and order processing in SAP and C4C
  • Act as the central coordination point between customers, external sales, distribution centers, plants, finance, and service teams
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and invoice disputes — escalating complex issues when needed
  • Provide quotations, pricing, delivery information, and basic technical advice to customers
  • Support local reporting requirements and backfill for colleagues across Baltic countries during absences
  • Promote and support digital customer platforms including Extranet and E-platforms

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a proactive, multitasking customer service professional with strong order management skills, fluency in Latvian and English, and the ability to work autonomously in a small, multinational team. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience with order processing and logistics coordination
  • Fluent in Latvian and English (written and spoken)
  • Working experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP and C4C (or similar)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

It is a plus if you also:

  • Technical background or HVAC industry experience enabling basic technical advice and quotation support
  • Experience in a multinational company environment
  • Finance-related knowledge to assist customers with invoicing or payment issues

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
