As our new Regional Travel Manager, IMEA in Grundfos you will be a key player in the global alignment between the Global Travel Manager, global travel agency and local travel stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing and developing the global duty of care program. Moreover, you will:
- Manage Grundfos’ traveler tracking tool and the internal process concerning travel security
- Oversee collaboration between Grundfos’ local “Travel Responsible” and local travel agency in the IMEA region.
- Manage the operational side of Grundfos’ TMC partnership in close collaboration with the Operational account Manager and our inhouse travel team.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with top 5 Grundfos markets
- Secure and validate quality data for reporting purposes. Become superuser of TMC reporting tool.
- Secure the optimum supplier portfolio in close collaboration with Grundfos Indirect Purchasing.
- Manage AD HOC travel related projects
You will become a part of our team of 10 travel professionals in our in-house travel set-up in Bjerringbro and a regional travel manager in Houston and one in Singapore.
From the office in Bjerringbro we service the majority of Grundfos’ European travelers. The team in Bjerringbro includes 5 travel consultants, a team lead, a meeting and events professional, a team assistant, the global travel manager and the current Regional Travel Manager, IMEA.
The position is a hybrid position – we expect that you are working from the office in Bjerringbro at least 3 days a week. We are aiming for job start on 1st of September 2025.
Your background and competencies
We imagine that you:
- Have extensive experience within business travel industry (min 5 years)
- Speak and write English at a professional level as you will be working in an international team
- Are service minded and a team player
- Have strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- You are an experienced user of Excel
