Join Grundfos, Commercial Building Services on an exciting journey, as we are looking for a Global Solution Manager, a global Marketing Manager and three Application Managers for Waste Water applications in Commercial buildings. 

 

As one of the world’s leading companies within HVAC and Pressure boosting, Grundfos, Commercial Building Services is embarking on an exciting journey to expand further into other applications. To support this journey and the future we are looking for five new employees for the following positions: Solution Manager (Europe), Application Managers (Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe and Greater Middle East) and a global Marketing Manager (Europe).

What is the job about? 
In the realm of Wastewater Disposal and Stormwater Protection of commercial buildings, we are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Global Solution Manager (Europe), Application Managers (Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe and Greater Middle East) and a global Marketing Manager (Europe) with strong application knowledge. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Capture and analyze market requirements to inform strategic decisions and
  • requirement specifications.
  • Develop and delivering comprehensive training and support for colleagues within the Sales region, ensuring competence in defined applications.
  • Drive global commercial success by defining and maintaining a competitive and differentiated portfolio of offerings and developing strategic roadmaps.
  • Creating and implement comprehensive marketing plans at both strategic and operational levels, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver an optimal customer journey.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support and prioritize go-to-market activities and provide robust tier 2 support for product, solution, and application-related inquiries.

 

Your background: 

We imagine that you have:  

  • Bachelor's- or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Extensive experience from similar roles, preferably from a global- or regional context. 
  • Industry/application experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Leadership experience in a global matrix organization (either through leading direct reports or in the role of project or activity lead)
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong ability to influence other stakeholders in Senior positions.
