Senior Logistics Assistant

What is the job about?  
You will be responsible to Partner with 3PL DC operation team to support the day-to-day operations and enhance operation performance. Local transportation coordination and follow up the daily delivery effectively to meet the LT and customer expectations.

Your main responsibilities:  
In this role your main responsibilities will be (but not limited to) : 

DC warehouse management

• Manage inbound receiving performance by 3PL
• Manage 3PL operation within DC warehouse on a daily basis including 5S, safety, quality and inventory accuracy during picking/packing/counting etc.
• Manage outbound on time performance in terms of standard process including traceability, VAS for special request from customers etc.
• Organize the MBR/QBR with 3PL;
• Department SAP superuser for GPA DC being responsible for in/out ASN and EDI issue with 3PL (only domestic transportation).
• Customer complaint handling (CQI/IQI) on 3PLs .

Transportation

• Ensure effective operational controls and keep track of daily D/Ns or shipments, ensure 100% GI accuracy for daily delivery notes
• Monitor forwarders on order delivery performance and resolve the delivery issues, e. g. confirm and verify the special freight with forwarders, etc.
• MBR/QBR with domestic forwarders(TNT/FEDEX)
• Customer complaint handling (CQI/IQI on Forwarders.

Other task or job assigned

• QIP & CIC response LT(H)
• Any kinds of inventory quality issues with local venders and supply chain  e.g. Red-alert, rework etc.
• Logistic service satisfaction Survey
• DC Performance for GPA (The latest confirmed GI Date of the Order line and compared to the actual GI Date)
• EHS and Quality Audit
• SOP/WI files create and update
• Daily communication with CSSC/OE and sales for delivery e.g. 3PL VAS, domestic transportation VAS etc.
• Transportation KPI of Net/Gross Performance
• Exception such as Loss/Damage/Wrong delivery case handling in inbound/outbound

Your background 
We imagine that you have:   

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain/logistics, Commercial Management or similar 
• 3+ years of operations experience in self-managed or 3PL distribution center operational environment
• Having sound knowledge of Microsoft and SAP experience is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken of English
