As our new Head of Product Development, Dosing & Disinfection, you will lead the global product development portfolio for dosing and disinfection, driving technology roadmaps, building organizational capabilities, and delivering competitive, compliant, and scalable solutions aligned with divisional strategy and market needs.

What you will be doing

As a key member of the Dosing & Disinfection Product Development team, you will shape the future of water treatment technology by translating strategy into market-leading products that deliver performance, quality, and compliance at scale.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the dosing & disinfection development portfolio with full accountability for delivery, budgets, resources, and technical direction.
  • Drive the technology roadmap across chemical dosing, disinfection methods, control systems, and application integration.
  • Build critical competencies within systems engineering, fluid handling, controls, and compliance.
  • Act as senior technical leader for architecture, platform, and make/buy decisions, balancing performance, cost, and manufacturability.
  • Translate divisional strategy into a focused and competitive product and technology roadmap.
  • Strengthen collaboration across Product Management, Operations, Quality, and external partners while fostering a high-performance development culture.

What makes you a great fit

You are an experienced product development leader with strong technical expertise in dosing, disinfection, or related fluid and chemical systems. You combine business acumen with the ability to build and lead high-performing international teams.

We imagine you have:

  • An engineering degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., chemical, mechanical, control engineering, or similar).
  • Proven experience leading product development in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of dosing, disinfection, or related fluid and chemical handling systems.
  • The ability to drive strategic decisions and align senior stakeholders.

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with systems engineering and platform-based product development.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance within water treatment or chemical handling products.
  • Experience managing external development partners and technology suppliers.
