Grundfos is seeking an experienced  to join its WU - Commercial & Marketing Excellence team.  The Technical Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating the end to end Product Price book data and structures for the Global Water Utility Performance Unit. The Pricebook Coordinator will manage the entire Product Information Management System for relevant Water Utility Products and Services and ensure that the Pricebook structures are up-to date and globally scalable to all users throughout Grundfos. The WU- Commercial & Marketing Excellence. The Pricebook Coordinator is part of a global team working hand-in-hand with the WU Program and Product Management teams as well as with Marketing teams throughout the Grundfos organization. Reporting directly into the Global Commercial and Pricing Excellence team, the primary internal stakeholders will be price book process related personnel defined by WU Area Management teams. This position will operate daily out of the Apodaca, Nuevo Leon facility.  Relocation for this position cannot be supported 


What is the job about? 


Product Information Management (PIM) Support 85%
•    Use PIM software, Vendavo, to ensure that the Water Utility product portfolio is updated and able to be used globally in pricebooks.
•    Support the end-to-end process of ha
•    Facilitate any translation and localization of the Grundfos global product portfolio
•    Act as point of first reference for all Pricebook master data enquiries
•    Work closely with the Global PIM team and Water Utility Product Management to ensure all product master data is current and accessible.
•    Work closely with Area stakeholders to assist with local Area Product Price Lists. 
•    Manage the phase-out and phase in of Pricelists across the Water Utility Performance Unit to ensure that we have omni-channel accessibility of product information and pricing.
•    Work with key stakeholders across the Water Utility business to support product range alignment with the Grundfos suite of online tools.
•    Work within the timings of the Grundfos Water Utility annual pricing wheel to ensure that all pricing deadlines are met and key collaboration partners have access to the information needed.
•    Work closely with Regional and Area Marketing teams to understand the needs of local price books and ensure best practices are shared.
•    Facilitate global usage of Akeneo PIM system including training and technical support.
•    Ad-hoc Pricebook support 15%
•    Other Price book support as needed

What do you need to apply? 


Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree Degree in Marketing or Business fields required. Additionally, have a minimum of  5-6 years of experience in using Product Information Management systems for large MNC and experience in working as part of a virtual team, across borders. Proven record of delivering digital price books in either B2C or B2B environments.

•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – able to identify the root cause of a problem/challenge and define sets of options to address it.
•    Advanced skills in Product Information Management systems, particularly Akeneo
•    Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign
•    Flexible and able to adapt to Change – a fast learner.
•    Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)
•    Able to work with people at all levels and as part of a virtual team
•    Positive, self-confident and able to deal with pressure           
•    Must be able to travel up to 10% if necessary. Thus candidates should be able to maintain valid identification.
