What is the job about?
As a Project Manager, you will lead the development of business-critical product/offerings projects from mandate to delivery. You will drive best-practice project management within Grundfos through the utilization of internationally recognized governance models, tools, and processes (e.g., PRINCE2).
Your main responsibilities:

Lead Incremental Product Development projects leading to new offerings for our customers across the value chain in the Multistage Pump domain.

Drive projects within the area of product/process improvement, cost-out, or complexity reduction.

Ensure successful implementation and overall delivery of assigned projects within approved tolerances on Scope, Quality, Cost, Time, Benefits, and Risks.

Take ownership of project implementation with a holistic full value chain perspective across major functions such as Sales, business development, and operations.

Oversee the full lifetime of assigned projects from initiation to market launch and handover to maintenance.

Deliver the financial business case for assigned projects.

Secure project execution in compliance with the Grundfos project governance model, including mandatory gate requirements and utilizing the GPDM toolbox.

Perform excellent stakeholder management.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:

A Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering and/or Business from an internationally recognized institution.

1-5 years of relevant work experience in leading and executing complex projects within product development.
-
Strong business acumen, including financial understanding.
-
A visionary and enthusiastic approach to new technologies and developments.
-
Proficiency in managing programs and project activities to completion.

Mastering servant leadership as informal leader.
-
Willingness to travel when required.
-
Knowledge with the pump and/or electrical motor domain is an advantage
