What is the job about? 

As a Project Manager, you will lead the development of business-critical product/offerings projects from mandate to delivery. You will drive best-practice project management within Grundfos through the utilization of internationally recognized governance models, tools, and processes (e.g., PRINCE2). 
 

Your main responsibilities: 

• Lead Incremental Product Development projects leading to new offerings for our customers across the value chain in the Multistage Pump domain.  

• Drive projects within the area of product/process improvement, cost-out, or complexity reduction. 

• Ensure successful implementation and overall delivery of assigned projects within approved tolerances on Scope, Quality, Cost, Time, Benefits, and Risks. 

• Take ownership of project implementation with a holistic full value chain perspective across major functions such as Sales, business development, and operations. 

• Oversee the full lifetime of assigned projects from initiation to market launch and handover to maintenance. 

• Deliver the financial business case for assigned projects. 

• Secure project execution in compliance with the Grundfos project governance model, including mandatory gate requirements and utilizing the GPDM toolbox. 

• Perform excellent stakeholder management. 
   

Your background: 

We imagine that you have: 

• A Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering and/or Business from an internationally recognized institution. 

• 1-5 years of relevant work experience in leading and executing complex projects within product development. 

• Strong business acumen, including financial understanding. 

• A visionary and enthusiastic approach to new technologies and developments. 

• Proficiency in managing programs and project activities to completion. 

• Mastering servant leadership as informal leader. 

• Willingness to travel when required. 

• Knowledge with the pump and/or electrical motor domain is an advantage
