As our new Assembly Operator, you'll be performing assembly operations across various production tasks that ensure our pumps and water technology solutions meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

Your main responsibilities include:
•    Operate and maintain area-specific assembly equipment, including safety checks, machine setup, material loading, and finished product handling
•    Follow work instructions precisely while using and documenting measurement equipment to ensure consistent product quality
•    Maintain 5S workplace standards and adhere to all safety policies, promptly reporting near misses or incidents to your Supervisor or Safety Coordinator
•    Consistently meet production targets and support Total Productive Maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime
•    Propose improvement ideas and actively participate in continuous improvement workshops to enhance team performance

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you're a reliable, physically fit team player with production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across assembly operations with minimal supervision.

We'd also imagine that you are/have:
•    GCE O Level or NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
•    Prior hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing assembly environment
•    Ability to operate equipment via computer touch screens and possess basic computer skills
•    Physically fit and able to work extended hours when required
It's a plus if you also:
•    Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
•    Experience with quality tools and measurement equipment in a production setting
•    Familiarity with 5S and Total Productive Maintenance practices

Why you'll love working here
Day to day, you can look forward to:
•    A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
•    Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
•    Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering.
•    On-demand training and structured development programmes to support your growth.
Valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
