As our new Production Assembly Operator, you will be assembling precision pump components and products on our production line, ensuring every unit meets Grundfos's world-class quality standards. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Production & Manufacturing team, you'll create impact by Building reliable, high-performance pump solutions that deliver sustainable water technology to customers across the globe..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Assemble pump components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications
- Perform quality inspections during and after assembly to ensure products meet defined standards
- Operate production tools, fixtures, and equipment safely and efficiently on the assembly line
- Follow lean manufacturing practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with 5S and EHS standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and delivery schedules
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented and reliable team player with hands-on manufacturing experience and a commitment to quality and safety. We would also imagine that you have:
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment
- Ability to read and follow assembly work instructions and technical drawings
- Good manual dexterity and comfort working with hand tools and assembly equipment
- Willingness to work onsite at our Grundfos Singapore facility on rotating or fixed shifts
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience with pump, motor, or electromechanical product assembly
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or 5S methodology
- ITE or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus
