Job Description

🚀 Join Us as a Product Owner – Technical Documentation 

 

 

Are you ready to take ownership of product development and drive innovation in technical documentation? We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead our Technical Documentation Development Team within the Industry Product Development (IND PD) department. 

 

Your Impact 

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for: 

  • Maximizing the execution output of the Technical Documentation Development Team. 

  • Managing and refining the product backlog to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements. 

  • Representing PD deliveries in project management and stakeholder reviews. 

  • Driving agile transformation and fostering a collaborative mindset across teams. 

  • Preparing short- and long-term Technical Product Lifecycle Management Plans. 

  • Leading prioritization of urgent tasks in close collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Express and prioritize backlog items from an end-to-end value chain perspective. 

  • Ensure backlog visibility, transparency, and clarity for all stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine epics and manage dependencies. 

  • Forecast estimates, risks, and budgets for product development. 

  • Align with external partners and internal capability pools on specifications and content. 

 

What Success Looks Like 

  • Timely, budget-conscious product and solution releases. 

  • Well-defined and stakeholder-aligned Product Backlog Items (PBIs). 

  • Transparent documentation of customer requirements and business decisions. 

  • Active participation in backlog refinement and agile ceremonies. 

 

Who You’ll Work With 

You’ll be part of a collaborative team and work closely with: 

  • Product Managers 

  • AME (Advance Manufacturing Engineering)  

  • MPM (Manufacturing Project Manager) 

  • CSU (Customer Service Unit) 

  • Group Quality (GQPM) 

  • Group Purchase (PPM) 

  • Other GT&I functions 

 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Management, Product Management, or similar. 

  • Preferably 2-3 years of experience in a similar field 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey business decisions. 

  • Experience in technical documentation is a plus. 

  • Knowledge of Jira and Excell skills would be important. 

  • Certified SCRUM Product Owner is an advantage. 

  • Familiarity with cross-functional and international teams. 

  • Agile and change management experience.
