Are you looking for an opportunity to manage technical product development activities from conceptualization to final verification? We are looking for a dedicated person for our motor and pump development for even more efficient and energy saving domestic water pumps.

As part of Product Development, you will join a team of highly skilled and enthusiastic engineers and technicians in the Domestic Building Services division. Everyday we strive to develop even better energy efficient pumps to help reduce our carbon footprint for a better world.
 

Being part of a fixed team in an agile setup working cross-functional, you will discover that we value both progress and quality in every project. You will report to Product development director, Jørgen Vest Sørensen.

Product Development, you will get to work with our newest products and solutions”, Jørgen says.

 

What is the job about?

The Domestic Building Services division has the full end-to-end responsibility for our domestic pumps for residential use. Your role as Product Owner covers all phases of product development from concept to verification and maintenance of product designs. You will represent product development towards other functions as manufacturing and marketing. You will be the Product owner for the Motor and Development team with the responsibility for defining and prioritizing goals on high level in this team. Making sure that the team delivers high quality according to the commitments given to the individual projects.

What do you need to apply?

We imagine that you have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering combined with several years of experience within product development. You have a solid technical understanding and experience within technical project management of product development of physical products. We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills and ability to set a direction for a specialist team. You are familiar with an international environment, and you are proficient in English. Your work location will be Bjerringbro, and we are looking for a person already located within a reasonable commuting distance and ability to start within an ordinary resignation notice.

This is important since you will be collaborating across the complete Product Development organization as well as other parts of the organization, e.g., Manufacturing.
