What is the job about?
- We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to maintain and enhance our global product line. In this critical role, you will bridge product strategy, development, and quality assurance to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance worldwide. You will act as a key liaison between Product Management, Development, and global manufacturing sites, driving technical excellence and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities:
Product Backlog & Development Leadership
- Translate Product Backlog items into clear, actionable requirements from an end-to-end value chain perspective.
- Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and well-prioritized for the Scrum Team, maximizing the value of the Development Team’s work.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to prioritize urgent tasks, including quality “Red Alerts,” compliance escalations, last-time buys, and critical development issues.
Technical Standardization & Quality Assurance
- Define and standardize global product technical requirements and specifications.
- Ensure all manufacturing sites adhere to unified quality standards through continuous product improvement (CPI) initiatives, production audits, and performance monitoring.
- Drive toward global product warranty targets and lead root-cause analysis and resolution for field and production issues.
Financial & Resource Management
- Own and manage the product maintenance budget, ensuring strong financial discipline and performance.
- Plan resources and spending to align with strategic maintenance goals and lifecycle requirements.
Cross-Functional & Partner Alignment
- Coordinate with internal and external capability teams—including PD Software, Architecture, Digital, and external partners—to align deliverables, specifications, and content.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across regions and functions to ensure consistent product execution and support.
What do you need to apply?
We expect you have:
- Engineer degree Master or Bachelor or above
- Technical knowledge with product development
- Over 5 years of pressure piping system design experience, pump skid case is preferred.
- Piping system components selection acc. To customer requirement. (Pump, Valve, Filter)
- Control knowledge of rotating machinery like pump, compressor. Split case pump development experience is preferred
- PLC setup and application knowledge is preferred.
- Digital control application knowledge is preferred.
- Capable of reading and review engineering drawing.
- Good team player, agile development experience is preferred.
- Proficient English – verbal and written
