As our new PLM Engineer, you will be designing, developing, and optimizing Product Lifecycle Management solutions that empower engineering teams to innovate faster and collaborate seamlessly across Grundfos. What you will be doing
As a key part of the GPLM & Data Quality Assurance team, you'll create impact by Driving digital transformation of our Data Management processes, enabling Grundfos to bring sustainable water solutions to market more efficiently..
Your main responsibilities include:


Give input to configure, customize, and maintain PLM platform capabilities to support Data Management Workflows & Digital Thread

Data Quality Assurance management - analyse completeness and correctness as well as well as provide monitoring

Provide process and relevant input for AI creation

Validation of AI output and enrichment

Collaborate with GPLM Domains, R&D, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective PLM solutions


Develop and implement foundation for data models, data products, workflows, and integrations between PLM and adjacent enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, data platform)


Troubleshoot and resolve PLM system issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a technically skilled engineer with a strong understanding of product development processes and a talent for bridging the gap between business needs and digital solutions. We would also imagine that you have:
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
•    3+ years of hands-on experience with PLM platforms such as 3DX, Teamcenter, Windchill, or Aras
•    Solid understanding of product development processes, BOM management, and engineering change management
•    Experience with system integrations (e.g., PLM-ERP, PLM-CAD) and relevant data modeling concepts
It is a plus if you also:
•    Experience with SAP integration in a manufacturing environment
•    Familiarity with scripting or programming languages and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Java, or C# Snowflake) for analytics
•    Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices applied to enterprise system development
