Job Description

Are you our new Product Data Engineer, ready to be our gatekeeper for the data quality of our existing product portfolio?

 

 

What is the job about? 

In Bjerringbro you will join Circulator and Boxed Solution (CirBox) Product Development within our Commercial Building Service (CBS) division.  

As our new Product Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building, validating, verifying and documenting product data on our current product programs as well as for future generations according to Grundfos Group Standards and Processes.

 

You will join our CirBox Engineering Teams for Circulator and MIXIT products in an agile setup, where you will execute agreed activities within the sprints.  

You will be bringing the product data expertise to our two engineering teams and will be the go-to person for this area. Moreover, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Handling all product and material master data related activities within the agreed products.
  • Understand the importance of correct data & information as well as drive and act as the gatekeeper and ambassador for data quality within own area.
  • Support on E-Commerce data.
  • Defining and requesting deliverables from all relevant functions.
  • Support on drawings corrections and make new drawings, 2D drawings.
  • Support on Engineering Change Masters (ECM’s).
  • Communicate the status of your own tasks to the SCRUM team and PO.
  • Facilitate and lead data related solutions among Scrum Teams, Global Product Information Management communities and Product Management (PM) whenever needed.

 

What do you need to apply? 

We imagine that you have:  

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or have relevant work experience.
  • More than 3 years of product master data handling experience.
  • Knowledge with SAP MM, familiar with BOM structure.
  • An effective, careful and detail-oriented approach.
  • Great communication skills in English
  • Experience in working with Microsoft office, especially Excel
