Payroll Specialist for Poland
What is the job about?
Currently we have the payroll outsourced in Poland and one of the main purpose of this position is to bring back the payroll in-house and to build up an SAP based payroll system for Poland.
This will include developing and deploying payroll and HR admin processes and workflows as well as driving/supporting standardization, streamlining and implementation of processes.
Besides the payroll duties you will have to cover HR admin tasks as well, you will write contracts, certificate of employments, conduct audits, etc.
What do you need to apply?
- You have 3-5 years of experience within payroll in Poland, payroll insourcing experience is a great plus,
- You own a deep understanding of polish payroll processes and state regulations,
- You have studied payroll, and own a payroll „diploma”
- HR admin experience would be a nice to have,
- Kronos time & attendance system experience would be a plus,
- SAP payroll experience is not a must but it is a huge advantage,
- You are a native Polish speaker and you speak English on a fluent level
- You would have a minimum 50% working from home possibility.
