As our new Lead Customer Sales & Support Center Representative, you will be serving as the frontline voice of Grundfos, handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, managing orders in SAP, and identifying growth opportunities that strengthen our customer relationships. The role is based in Poznan, and reports to the Customer Sales and Support Centre Manager.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Domestic Building Services Customer Service & Support Center team, you'll create impact by Delivering seamless, customer-centric experiences that drive loyalty and uncover new business opportunities across Central and Eastern Europe..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, live chat, and instant messaging, providing commercial advice and first-contact resolution
  • Enter, manage, and track customer orders in SAP, ensuring fast and accurate order processing aligned with world-class service standards
  • Manage tickets and create offers according to sales guidelines, escalating complex cases to back office
  • Manage order changes including lead times, quantities, cancellations, and shipping conditions in coordination with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Identify and hand over business opportunities to external sales teams while promoting Grundfos digital tools to customers
  • Maintain accurate customer contact data in SAP CRM and support ad hoc tasks such as pricing, master data, and approval workflows

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a customer-focused professional with strong SAP knowledge, proven experience in customer service, and the ability to build trusting relationships across teams and with external stakeholders. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Previous customer service experience with demonstrated SAP working knowledge
  • High school education or above in an administrative or technical field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent polish and at least intermediate level of oral and written English

It is a plus if you also:

  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM applications beyond SAP
  • Knowledge of Grundfos products, applications, and key market needs

The annual salary range for this position is 115800PLN - 159900PLN .

Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
