As our new Manager, Media Services Water Treatment, you will be leading and developing our Media Services organization across North America, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable execution of media exchanges and lifecycle services while driving customer satisfaction and sustainable growth. What you will be doing

 

As a key part of the Water Treatment Services team, you'll create impact by Driving regional growth of Media Services by expanding coverage, strengthening customer relationships, and building a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Service Supervisors and Team Leads through performance management, talent development, and succession planning
  • Drive regional growth by expanding service coverage, increasing attach rates to the installed base, and identifying new media replacement and service contract opportunities
  • Interpret corporate strategies into departmental plans, manage budgets, and evaluate performance metrics to ensure top- and bottom-line targets are met
  • Monitor KPIs, service agreements, backlog, and execution quality while resolving escalated customer and operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate standards across all service operations
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to develop service products, business models, and customer retention strategies

What makes you a great fit

 

Above all, you are a results-oriented service leader with a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of managing multi-site teams in complex operational environments. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Master's degree, Bachelor’s or equivalent in business and/or engineering with 5-7+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience leading multi-site or regional service organizations
  • Experience executing strategies and initiatives within a complex manufacturing or service environment
  • Strong ability to manage performance, develop talent, and foster a culture of accountability

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience in water treatment or related industrial services
  • Background in creating and optimizing service processes and service agreement models
  • Knowledge of media exchange, regeneration, or similar lifecycle service operations

The salary range for this position is $97,000.00 - $155,000.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
