What is the job about? 
 

Your purpose will be to contribute to moving our HR organization in the direction of more data-driven decision-making. We will achieve this together by maturing the ability to work with data to provide relevant and actionable people insights for both the HR Function and Grundfos as a whole. As a technical expert within the People Analytics team, you will serve as a liaison to other technical teams, such as the HR Tech and Data Foundations team and the Information Services team. You will also engage with our stakeholders in the rest of the HR organization to understand business needs, translate data into actionable insights, and improve data literacy. 



Your main responsibilities include:
 

•    Using your HR systems know-how to drive collaboration between People Analytics and IT/HR data partners to make the most of our HR data and technology.
•    Teaming up with technical partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver the best possible results for our end users.
•    Serving as a trusted business advisor to improve decision-making, process design and employee experience with data.
•    Continuously improving our data foundation and infrastructure, enabling HR colleagues to engage with data through technical solutions like dashboards.
•    Driving cross-functional data analytics projects end-to-end.
•    Contribute to continuous development of the People Analytics portfolio and knowledge sharing within the team.



Your background
We imagine that you have: 



•    Expertise in HR Information Systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, and other related tools.
•    A master's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science or similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
•    Collaboration and prior experience partnering with technical teams is highly preferred.
•    Extensive knowledge and professional experience in People Analytics.
•    Consulting, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
•    Skills in data wrangling and data modelling.
•    Familiarity with statistical languages such as R, Python, etc.
•    Expertise in Power BI or other dashboarding tools.
•    Advanced communication and relationship-building skills.
•    Capability to translate technical knowledge for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
•    Fluency in both written and oral English.

•    Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders based on your subject matter expertise.
