Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with defined customers in Greece.
- Drive a robust sales pipeline and ensure high conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of market trends and developments to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new business using Grundfos products and services.
- Execute tactical sales plans aligned with overall strategy and support budget planning.
- Use SAP BW data for business analysis and forecasting.
- Advise customers, consultants, dealers, and contractors on products, applications, and services.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to counter competitor strategies.
- Deliver specialized product and application training to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records in the global CRM system and ensure customer master data is up to date.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the pump or water solutions industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
