Senior IT Manager (SAP Finance Solutions)

Ortigas-Pasig, Hybrid

 

What is the Job all about?

The main purpose of this job is to lead and manage people, solutions and deliverables within the department of IS Financial Services Solutions.

From business perspective the job enables and supports IS solutions that facilitate financial transactional processes in all (100+) Grundfos companies, incl. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Month/year end processes, TAX/VAT & Statutory requirements, Assets & Investments, Travel & Expense Management, etc.,

 

Your main responsibilities:

Leadership & Management

    • Responsible for leading 13 specialists
      • Global distribution in 3 locations (PH-CH-AR)
      • Leading multiple external consultants
    • Select, lead, coach and develop employees within own area/department
    • Ensure competences, team performance and quality of deliverables through guidance, direction setting and motivation of the workforce in the department
    • Set individual and team goals, and ensure follow up on performance and results
    • Develop organizational footprint within own area/department incl. potential establishment of Product Team(s) where relevant
    • Being responsible for budgets, assets etc. within own department
    • Exercise leadership and management to ensure that each member of the team…
      • meets expected deliverables
      • maintains high accountability and displays collaborative behavior
      • utilizes their competences and grows their talent

Business impact:

    • Drive support and continuous development of IS solutions that facilitate financial transactional processes in all (100+) Grundfos companies
    • Be in close dialogue with relevant stakeholders in IS, across Grundfos, or outside
    • Delivering solutions and services according to commitments
    • Participate in relevant Project Boards / Steering Committees

Architecture & Solutions responsibility:

    • Contribute to the continued development and realization of the architectural roadmap within the Finance Solutions delivery area
    • Contribute to the continued development of strategic plans for the Finance Solutions delivery area
    • Contribute to realization of IS strategic plans, architecture principles, etc.

 

Your background:

  • Master’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Proven track record in leadership role for functional & technical team
  • Coping with Pressures and Setbacks

    • Sets clearly defined objectives; plans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances; identifies and organises resources needed to accomplish tasks; manages time effectively; monitors performance against deadlines and milestones.
