Human Resources
Senior Coordinator, HR Service Center
Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR services and being the go-to person who helps employees navigate their entire journey at a global organization? Then join our mission to pioneer smarter water solutions that reduce energy use and improve lives.

As our new Senior Coordinator, HR Service Center (Country Support), you'll be coordinating HR operations across multiple countries — serving as the front desk and back office for HR processes that ensure every employee at Grundfos receives timely, knowledgeable, and people-centered support. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Global HR Service Center team, you'll create impact by driving seamless HR service delivery and process improvements that enhance the employee experience across Grundfos globally.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries globally, providing guidance via phone, chat, and the HR Service Portal while leveraging super user knowledge of HR IT systems
  • Administer and coordinate country-specific HR activities across the employee journey — from pre-joining and onboarding to payroll support, contract management, offboarding, and P-file management
  • Contribute to HR process improvement projects, including optimizing workflows, updating process documentation, and enhancing the HR Service Portal for better user experience
  • Monitor and follow up on end-to-end HR service deliveries against defined KPIs and service level agreements, escalating deviations from standard processes when needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners, country HR teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on HR tasks and processes
  • Contribute to the global HR knowledge base and drive knowledge sharing across the three HR service centers

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you're a proactive, solution-oriented HR professional with strong communication skills, a structured approach to work, and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, local labor laws, and HR IT systems
  • Strong English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities under time pressure, and follow structured processes

It's a plus if you also have:

  • Proficiency in Chinese and/or Korean
  • Experience working in a shared services or HR service center environment
  • Familiarity with HR service management tools and self-service portal solutions

Why you'll love working here

Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonus, Retirement Benefit, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering.
  • On-demand training and structured development programmes to support your growth.

Valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds. As part of our commitment to a safe and compliant hiring process, final candidates may be required to undergo a background check, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
