Senior CSSC Front Line Representative
Job Description

As our new Senior CSSC Front Line Representative, CBS, you'll be serving as the primary customer contact for enquiries, quotations and order fulfilment within our Commercial Building Services business that ensures customers receive responsive, accurate and seamless support.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales & Service Center (CSSC) Frontline team, you'll create impact by driving seamless customer experiences by combining deep technical expertise with leadership that strengthens team capabilities and fuels continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Customer Enquiry Handling Act as the first point of contact for RFIs, RFQs RFOs and RFCs through approved channels. Create tickets, clarify requirements, provide first-contact resolution and maintain communication through resolution or formal handover.
  • Standard Quotation and Technical Coordination Prepare simple quotations using approved standard pricing and delivery information, including products available in GPC and within the defined Front Line complexity level.
  • Sales Order Entry and Standard Fulfilment Convert clean quotations and purchase orders into accurate, executable sales orders. Resolve missing information and perform approved order changes.
  • Issue Resolution, Returns and Data Discipline Record and coordinate pre-commissioning complaints and product-return requests. Maintain accurate enquiry, quotation, order and customer master data records in SAP and related systems.
  • Continuous Improvement and Senior Support Promote approved digital tools, process standardization and knowledge sharing. 

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you're a customer-focused professional with strong SAP knowledge, meticulous attention to detail and a talent for balancing speed with accuracy across multiple commercial processes. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP CRM
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and comfort with digital tools

 

It's a plus if you also:

  • Product and application knowledge in pumps, spare parts, kits and motors
  • Previous team lead or supervisory experience
  • Understanding of commercial building services market needs and business structures
