As our new Senior Application Consultant, Power Automate and Power Apps, you will be developing and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that enable smarter collaboration and streamlined business processes across the organization. 

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Collaboration & IS Solutions team, you'll create impact by Driving continuous improvement by designing and delivering IT solutions that make business processes more efficient, secure, and user-friendly across Grundfos..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including ticket analysis and root cause resolution
• Deliver consultancy on application functionality and act as a sparring partner to business stakeholders
• Identify improvement areas in business processes and facilitate the overall design and implementation of solutions
• Train users to maximize efficiency and adoption of collaboration tools while ensuring security and stability
• Lead project delivery with domain responsibility, process ownership, and integration to related application areas

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a hands-on IT consultant with strong Power Platform expertise who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, combining analytical problem-solving with the ability to advise, influence, and drive process improvements. We would also imagine that you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in IT consultancy with hands-on Power Apps and Power Automate development and support
• Proven ability to lead IT processes or projects and drive process improvements
• Solid understanding of application integration, support workflows, and IT solution delivery

It is a plus if you also:

• Knowledge of industry trends and the broader business environment relevant to IT collaboration solutions
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and lead business process design within an IT consultancy context
• Understanding of relevant systems, local regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to IT solutions
