As our new Senior AP Accountant, you will be overseeing daily P2P operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and compliant invoice processing, driving process improvements, and mentoring junior team members to elevate overall team performance. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Finance - Accounts Payable team, you'll create impact by Driving end-to-end process efficiency and automation across our Purchase-to-Pay operations, directly contributing to Grundfos's financial excellence and operational scalability..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Execute and oversee daily Purchase-to-Pay activities for selected local companies in line with defined SLAs/OLAs, including complex invoice processing and vendor transactions
- Lead month-end closing activities for assigned regions, including accrual proposals and reporting to Finance Team Leaders
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and automation to reduce manual effort and enhance compliance
- Train, mentor, and review the work of junior AP staff while managing daily ticket assignments and follow-ups in the SNOW system
- Support migration activities, go-live preparations, and internal control and audit processes
- Monitor KPIs such as invoice cycle time and error rates, ensuring adherence to service level agreements

Above all, you are a detail-oriented finance professional with strong P2P expertise, a continuous improvement mindset, and proven ability to mentor teams and collaborate effectively across functions. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience with 3+ years in Accounts Payable or Finance operations
- Advanced Mandarin language proficiency (must-have)
- SAP experience with solid understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and mentor junior team members
It is a plus if you also:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing systems
- Experience supporting system migrations or ERP go-live projects
