Scrum Masters do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values

What is the Job all about?

This job is part of the Digital Customer Excellence Value chain accounting for 60 % of Grundfos’ annual revenue. We organize into individual SCRUM (Product) teams where Grundfos empowers the team to decide innovation and maintenance of a number of products, together with a SCRUM Master and a Product Owner. i.e. The product team is empowered to evaluate best distribution of tasks to be done, lifting that responsibility.

This job position is within the Project Collab Team, mainly responsible for the Grundfos group products selection, sizing, configuration, and self-service. The person in this position is expected to show very high accountability and responsibility, while also having some domain experience within the team’s product responsibility.     

Your main responsibilities:

The Scrum Master serves the Development Team in several ways, including:

• Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.
• Helping Product Owner understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value and help Product Owner in understanding and practicing agility.
• Encouraging  the Development Team to create high-value products
• Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
• Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management. Support the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Causing change in the organization that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
• Develop own skills and prepare enhancements in the facilitation of Scrum events.      

  Your background:

• Certified as Scrum master or equivalent work experience
• Understand team and how teams work
• Bachelor or master's degree in relevant areas
• Experience with Wiki>Jira>Bitbucket or Azure DevOps. 
• Effective communication skills both orally and in written English
• Software developer background is good to have
