Sales Development Specialist - Mandarin Speaker
Job Description

What is the Job all about?

The primary purpose of this position is to enhance capacity and reduce sales costs. This involves global enablement by tracking, reporting, and analyzing performance, optimizing processes and tools for seamless end-to-end customer journeys, and managing technology usage and contracts with marketing and information systems. Additionally, the role focuses on driving regional SDR success by engaging with customers, forming super user communities, ensuring effective tool usage, connecting relevant stakeholders, and participating in sales calls to achieve success.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Report Sales Development performance.
  • Track SDR performance and traction, improve and ensure data hygiene and accuracy, and Support incentive/compensation plans, quotas, territorial design, market segmentation.
  • Map up and optimize customer journeys with marketing, local sales and sales excellence incl. creating, maintain, update, and improve SDR playbooks.
  • Onboard users, track usage and assist negotiating of selected technologies with IS and other key stakeholders.
  • Follow up and report performance and facilitate process optimization workshops with relevant teams.
  • Join calls, set meetings, interview customers and support overall success alongside regional sales, marketing and SDR teams.
  • Add on: Assess ROI, AB test and optimize routes-to-market, and come with optimization recommendations. Analyze shortest path to success (Sales velocity) and give recommendations.

 

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical and business field
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written); in addition to being fluent (verbal and written) in local market language is required.
  • Preferably experience with change management, strategy or similar
  • Understanding of sales processes and latest technologies
