What is the Job all about?
The primary purpose of the SEO and Adobe Analytics Specialist is to enhance the company's online presence and user engagement by implementing effective SEO strategies and leveraging Adobe Analytics to deliver data-driven optimization and marketing decisions.
You will be directly reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager in Europe supported by a local Team Lead, to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.
Your main responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development and Implementation
Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and rankings. This includes keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements. Adjust strategies based on analytics insights and industry trends.
- Analytics and Reporting
Utilize Adobe Analytics to monitor, track, and report on website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics. Responsible for translating data into actionable insights to inform strategy adjustments. Recommend changes in marketing tactics based on data analysis.
- Content Optimization
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development, focusing on keyword optimization, content structure, and relevancy. Guide content strategy and optimization efforts.
- SEO Trends and Algorithm Updates
Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates. Implement necessary strategy pivots or tactical adjustments in response to industry changes.
Your background:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certification in SEO and Analytics.
- Proficiency in Analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Siteimprove, Adobe Analytics etc.).
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with website optimization, content strategy, and understanding of technical SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights (e.g. in Power BI and snowflake).
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
