SAP CRM Application Analyst

About the Role


  The Application Analyst belongs to a Team focused on supporting our Business users in the day-by-day operations within the Application Area of Customer Relationship Management solving the medium to high complexity tickets and collaborating with Senior Consultants in related Projects


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:


Application Support

  • Responsible to solve Tickets escalated from Level 1 Support as system bugs, requests for service and change requests

Ticket Analysis

  • Responsible to analyse the tickets and identify the Root Cause


  • Responsible for the Level 1 Training to guarantee the correct knowledge sharing and the correct split of tickets Level 1 vs Level 2. Involved in Service Introduction when new features are going live in the system


  • Limited support of projects under the supervision of Application Consultant


Key Success Factors:

  • Overall Customer Satisfaction for support – measured globally (covers user/super user satisfaction)
  • Excellent cooperation with colleagues with IS Information Solutions


Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience are needed:
  • University Master degree preferable in – Sales Business
  • Experience with SAP CRM is Mandatory in the following Areas:
  • CRM Sales (Account, Activity, Opportunity, Quotation)
  • CRM Interaction Center (Interaction Record, Service Requests, Service Orders)
  • Experience with SAP C4C will be considered in the evaluation
  • Knowledge of other SAP modules (ie. CS, SD, LE) will be extra bonus
  • This experience has to come from similar Sales companies/operations or from a Consultancy Company where proven experience can be documented
  • International experience from either previous jobs in Global oriented Companies or from similar experience through consultancy assignments are mandatory
  • Competencies:
  • We are looking for candidates that share the Grundfos Values, are holistic, not too selfish, is a Team player, that takes responsibility and ownership, and are used to work in a Matrix organization.
  • Candidates with long SAP Background that are looking for a future with support assignments are also relevant. In this case an introduction Roadmap will be defined
