As our new Robotics Developer, you will be designing and developing robust robotic process automation (RPA) solutions in Blue Prism, translating complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable automation flows that integrate with backend systems and APIs across the organization. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Intelligent Automation team, you'll create impact by Delivering high-quality automation solutions that eliminate manual work, accelerate business processes, and drive operational efficiency across Grundfos.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Develop Blue Prism automation solutions, including UI and API integrations to SAP and other core systems
  • Create reusable objects and maintainable workflows
  • Translate business requirements into automation designs
  • Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities
  • Work in Agile and CI/CD environments to achieve sprint goals
  • Support junior developers and share knowledge across teams​‌

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically strong automation developer with solid Blue Prism expertise, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while thriving as part of an Agile team. We would also imagine that you have:

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience developing automation processes in Blue Prism, including backend system integration and API connections
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to understand business requirements and translate them into well-structured, maintainable RPA solutions
  • Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on delivering Minimum Viable Products and quality solutions

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience connecting Azure OpenAI models with Blue Prism automation flows
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps
  • Familiarity with leading or influencing process improvements within a DevOps or software development team
