Intern: P2P Annotation Tool Administrator

Onsite- Ortigas, Pasig City

 

We are looking for a highly motivated P2P Annotation Tool Administrator to join our team. As a P2P Annotation Tool Administrator, you will provide feedbacks, propose improvements to Robotics Team on Annotation tool.

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • The Annotation tool Administrator executes all activities as defined in the SLAs/OLAs for PTP for selected local companies and reports directly to the Group Leader PTP
  • To annotate PO and NPO invoices, record, check and index invoice data in the Annotation tool.
  • Support new vendor introduction into the Annotation tool
  • Prioritize based on due date daily and ensures to annotate invoices on time.
  • Support and provide all relevant data for KPI reporting and analysis.
  • Execute ad-hoc activities given by Supervisor or Management

 

  Your background:

  • Currently enrolled in  Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration and/or Finance related studies with internship requirement
  • Very Good written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Shared Services or relevant experience in other organization is an advantage.
  • With requirement to complete school internship hours or willingness to render 6 months internship in the company
