As our new Senior Finance Specialist, Senior Project Manager & E-Invoicing Product Owner, you will be leading critical finance migration projects and owning the e-invoicing product roadmap, ensuring compliance obligations translate into clear features while managing end-to-end project delivery on time and within budget. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Finance Excellence team, you'll create impact by Driving Grundfos's finance simplification and standardization strategy by delivering successful process migrations and building a robust, compliant e-invoicing capability across the organization.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Plan, organize, and execute finance migration and transformation projects in close cooperation with local finance teams, SMEs, outsourcing providers, and Shared Service delivery organizations
- Own the e-invoicing product vision by translating compliance obligations into clear invoicing features and requirements, collaborating with IS Solutions Architects on technical implementation
- Establish and manage risk plans, communication strategies, and change management activities to drive stakeholder commitment and successful adoption
- Monitor project progress, manage quality reviews, prepare status reports, and ensure all deliveries are signed off before handover to operations including Hypercare
- Communicate product updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with the Finance Streamline project framework and Finance Excellence standards
- Conduct kick-off meetings, review schedules with management and affected teams, and maintain comprehensive project documentation
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a results-driven finance project leader with deep expertise in process migration, e-invoicing, and statutory compliance within SAP environments, combined with strong stakeholder management and a passion for simplification. We would also imagine that you have:
- 4-5+ years of experience in project and process management, including finance transformation projects
- Proven experience as an e-invoicing product owner or in a similar compliance-driven product role
- Strong knowledge of finance processes in the statutory and compliance area within SAP environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder activities
It is a plus if you are also:
- Experience working with shared service organizations and outsourcing providers in a global setting
- Familiarity with process migration frameworks and finance excellence methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
