Purpose of the Job

The main purpose of the job is to ensure correct and timeline customer master data creation and maintenance according to the requests from the Grundfos Sales organization and global guidelines, to suggest improvements to data maintenance processes, and continuously improve data quality where possible

Key Activities/Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming requests from performance units (PUs) to create accounts and maintain customer master data

  • Acting as a gatekeeper for data quality to ensure high data quality of customer master data according to guidelines

  • Follow up on requestors to increase data quality and ensure data fulfills the business purpose

  • Support local requestors in requesting changes and new account creation

  • Validate content of Request form

  • Validate required attachments/documentation

  • Manual maintenance of data from the request form

  • Assign subtasks to other stakeholders (pricing, conditions, extranet)

  • Support Global Business Process Owner and Customer Master Data coordinators in improving instructions and documentation material

  • Raise local exceptions to be documented

  • Raise process issues or improvements to tools and process


 Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years experience in the position

  • Intensive knowledge of SAP Business Process Owner/Customer Master Data Maintenance

  • High French language proficiency (B1 or B2 level) required, both in reading and speaking

  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Very good IT and data literacy skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent

  • Solid communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Great collaboration skills; as you will be working with many different people in our organization

  • Necessary to have a very outgoing, open, and respectful personality

  • Innovative, self-motivated, structured, flexible, ready for quick changes/new tasks, and are explorative

  • Good ability to influence others

  • Flexible to working schedules
