What is the Job all about?

 

The Marketing Automation Specialist will cover automation set up and integration. You will establish and integrate together with Digital Marketing Excellence team and all regional Marketing automation specialists, the automation workflows in Sprinklr and Marketo, setting the foundation for automated marketing efforts. Define initial setup parameters, integration points, and workflow designs.

 

This role will be directly reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager in Europe supported by a local Team Lead and to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

  • Strategy Development and Implementation - Develop together with Digital marketing excellence team and all regional Marketing automation specialists a comprehensive automation strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals. Decide on segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies for automated campaigns.
  • Training and Adoption - Support the training efforts for the Europe marketing team on the use and best practices of Sprinklr and Marketo. Create training materials and conduct sessions to ensure widespread adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization - Continuously monitor automation performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize workflows and campaigns. Adjust and refine automation strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Lead Management  - Implement and monitor lead generation and nurturing processes within the automation platforms. Decide on the criteria for lead scoring and routing to ensure effective lead management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with IT, Europe campaign driver team, and local marketing to ensure automation tools are integrated and aligned with overall business processes. Initiate and supervise cross-functional projects related to marketing automation.

 

Your background:

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, SAP CRM).
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Microsoft Power BI).
  • Knowledge of email marketing, lead nurturing, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of the regulatory & compliance environment in Europe is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
