Learning Management IT System Analyst

Hybrid – Ortigas, Pasig City

Are you an IT professional with expertise in HR technology and Information Systems (IS) solutions? We are looking for a highly skilled technical Application Analyst to join our global team in Manila, focusing on HR Learning IT solutions.

 

What You'll Do:

  • As an Application Analyst, you will work on the technical implementation, support, and customization of HR Learning solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency. Your role will be deeply technical, requiring:
  •        Configuration, development, and maintenance of HR IT systems within a structured IT architecture.
  •         Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and other Learning-related IS applications.
  •         System troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical upgrades to enhance application functionality.
  •          Close collaboration with IT specialists globally to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and security of HR solutions.
  •         Support for global users, handling technical incidents and ensuring system reliability through structured IT support processes.

Who We’re Looking For:

  •        Experienced IT specialist (3-5 years), preferably in HR IT consulting within a global enterprise.
  •         Strong background in IS architecture, database management, and enterprise HR solutions.
  •         Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its technical configuration.
  •         Proven experience in technical system development, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  •         Ability to analyze, refine, and optimize HR IT systems to meet business needs while maintaining IT integrity.
