This role is responsible for developing simplified, standardized, and automated global finance processes in close collaboration with the Senior Finance Specialist, Finance Manager, and operational experts. The position focuses on identifying and implementing process improvements, ensuring that new and existing procedures are effectively deployed—particularly within Shared Services.
The role also provides project management and support for global finance initiatives, including S/4HANA, FSCM Credit Management, and Autobank. A key part of the job is driving continuous improvement efforts and contributing to enhancements in Internal Control processes to support operational excellence across the organization.
Your main responsibilities:
- Support the process owner by converting strategic directions into day-to-day operational best practices
- Support continuous process improvement activities
- Support deployment of processes including required technology
- Ensure valid and updated process documentation and training material at all times and up-to-date communication through different channels.
- Establish plans for process deployment and ensure close follow up these
- Conduct process interviews to provide feedback on operations on compliance with documented processes
- Conduct introduction of global processes and acts as Subject Matter Experts for the processes
- Identify gaps, propose solutions and prepare impact assessment to facilitate decision making
- Develop process documentation and ensure work instructions together with process experts in daily operation
- Proper planning of OTC process improvement initiatives
- Drive process changes/migrations: smooth process changes/transition of tasks to our SSC
- Ensure close collaboration with relevant stakeholders resulting in brilliant stakeholder satisfaction
Your background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree within e.g. Finance, Processes
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managerial position or process development in SSC (preferable Order to Cash department)
- Experience driving developed processes within finance process excellence.
- Ability to lead processes or projects.
- Ability to lead a business process within finance process excellence.
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in finance.
- Strong ability influence others.
- Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the finance process excellence area.
