Hybrid- Ortigas, Pasig City  

Fixed Night Shift Schedule

 

What is the Job all about? 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Orders & Interaction Junior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and fulfilment cycle by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order processing activities.  

 

This position is responsible for validating customer documentation, verifying order details, creating inventory reservations and sales orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing. The role also involves managing post-shipment concerns, maintaining inventory tracking, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operational workflows. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and process improvement is essential to succeed in this role.       

 

This position reports directly to the Customer Master Data Manager and is based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office. 

 

Your other responsibilities: 

  • Validate quotations, purchase orders and other submitted documents  

  • Verify order details including tax, pricing, discounts, product availability, customer sold-to, bill-to and ship-to information  

  • Create inventory reservation contracts  

  • Review customer accounts for accuracy and completeness to ensure customer requests and changes are processed correctly  

  • Create sales orders and release them for fulfillment  

  • Monitor order ETAs and tracking details to ensure the goods will be delivered to the customer on time  

  • Create and extract invoices  

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders in Sales, Delivery, Logistics and Operations to improve current workflow processes and minimize errors.  

  • Provide exceptional service support to Sales Team throughout the entire ordering process to ensure customer satisfaction  

  • Manage inventory constraint tracker  

  • Handle post-shipment related concerns/requests such as returns/refund, shipment investigation, shipment disputes, appeasement, credit and rebill, and write-offs.  

  • Consolidate cases report and collaborate with Collections Team to address and escalate the aging cases.  

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures  

 

  Your background: 

  • Intensive knowledge of SAP Business Partner (BP)/CRM systems 

  • Deep familiarity with Microsoft Office  

  • Very good IT and data literacy skills 

  • Superior English communication skills 

  • Amenable to cover US / Canada Time zone (Night Shift)
