As our new Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play an important role in executing and optimizing digital activities - from SEO and content activation to marketing automation and AI-enabled optimization - ensuring relevance, engagement, and conversion at scale for our Domestic Building Services (DBS) business. What you will be doing
As a key part of the DBS Digital Marketing team, you'll create impact by driving measurable digital engagement and conversion improvements that directly connect customers with sustainable water solutions across global markets.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Publish, optimize, and activate content across DBS digital platforms to maximize relevance, usability, and performance
- Implement and optimize SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic quality across markets
- Execute digital campaign elements across owned channels, ensuring correct setup, tracking, and data-driven follow-up
- Build and manage automated email journeys and trigger-based flows aligned with campaign objectives
- Monitor and translate digital performance data into actionable insights, driving A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Apply AI tools to enhance content creation, testing, and operational efficiency while contributing to AI-enabled best practices within DBS marketing
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a data-driven and customer-centric digital marketer with hands-on execution skills, a proactive mindset, and genuine curiosity for AI and emerging digital trends — thriving in collaborative, global environments. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a global or complex organization, including analytics, performance optimization, and marketing automation
- Solid working knowledge of SEO, web performance optimization, and lifecycle-based communication
- Experience leveraging AI tools within digital marketing contexts and excellent English communication skills
It is a plus if you also have:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and Marketo
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with content management systems and web management platforms

You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and closely collaborate with a team in Denmark.
