Leading the multi-market digital strategy, e-commerce activation, and AI-powered performance optimization across all digital touchpoints.
- Digital Strategy & Market Adaptation
Craft and customize digital marketing strategies that click with each local market. Think culturally relevant, consumer-savvy, and totally aligned with business goals. - Ecommerce & Marketplace Activations
Take the lead on digital retail across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Amazon & ebay. Team up with sales and channel champs to boost product visibility, drive conversions, and make campaigns shine. - Performance Analytics & Reporting
Be the data guru! Track campaign performance, crunch the numbers, and turn insights into action. Show off that ROI with confidence. - Project & Stakeholder Management
Juggle multi-market projects like a pro. Keep timelines tight, budgets on point, and collaboration flowing with internal teams and external partners. - AI & Martech Innovation
Bring in the bots! Use AI and marketing tech to personalize experiences, automate workflows, and supercharge campaign efficiency. - Content Strategy & Localization
Steer content creation and localization to speak your audience’s language—literally and emotionally. Keep the brand voice consistent and compelling across markets. - Team Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor and guide our Social Media Specialist to greatness.
Spark collaboration across regional teams and keep the knowledge-sharing vibes strong.
Support the Head of Marketing on digital initiatives and research projects that move the needle
YOU’RE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience: At least 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally with premium consumer brands or top agencies.
- Multi-Market Expertise: Proven success in managing multi-market campaigns and digital strategies across APAC.
- Familiar & a whiz with all Meta platforms & Influencer marketing
- E-commerce Mastery: Strong experience in e-commerce and marketplace activations.
- Platform Proficiency: Excellent knowledge in paid media strategies.
- Future-Ready: Savvy in AI marketing tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English; bonus points if you speak Bahasa, Thai, or Mandarin
- Strategic thinker with a creative edge and know how to make brands shine online.
