As Digital Compliance Coordinator, you will drive NIS2 compliance governance-ensuring audit readiness, managing controls, and enabling stakeholders across a complex global matrix. You’ll join an inclusive, people-first culture that values growth, well-being, and belonging.
What you will be doing
As part of the Legal Data, IP & Marketing team, you will strengthen Grundfos’s digital compliance posture by ensuring governance cycles run smoothly, documentation is audit-ready, and stakeholders are empowered to meet regulatory requirements.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Drive the NIS2 annual governance cycle end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery of all outputs and documentation
- Track, follow up, and close compliance control actions, escalating when needed
- Maintain structured and accessible documentation for continuous audit readiness
- Deliver accurate compliance reporting to governance bodies (e.g., ISMS Board)
- Support stakeholders-especially Purchasing and IT Security- through training and scalable implementation of supplier compliance requirements
- Coach colleagues and deliver compliance training across the organization
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a structured and detail-oriented compliance professional with strong governance execution skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global matrix.
- Master's Degree in Law, Compliance, Information Security, or related areas or equivalent work experience
- 5–6 years of experience in governance or compliance processes
- Strong discipline in planning, executing, and closing governance cycles
- Clear and concise communication skills
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience in a large manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of NIS2, ISO 27001, or similar information security management standards
- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders globally
