As our new Customer Sales & Support Center Front Line Representative - APAC , you will be providing first-contact resolution for customer inquiries across the APAC region, managing orders, creating quotations, and connecting customers with the right solutions and sales teams. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Customer Sales & Support Center (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by Delivering seamless customer interactions that strengthen relationships and drive business growth across the entire APAC region.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions or routing to relevant sales teams across APAC
- Process quotations, order entries, and order changes in SAP while ensuring accuracy and adherence to service level agreements
- Create and manage tickets (Requests for Information, Quotation, Logistics etc.) to document, track, and escalate customer requests
- Identify business opportunities during customer interactions and hand over to relevant sales teams
- Maintain customer contact data in SAP CRM and resolve missing order data to ensure executable orders
- Promote Grundfos digital tools (GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet) and identify internal process improvement opportunities
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, SAP experience, and a talent for managing multiple priorities while building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. We would also imagine that you have:
- 2-3+ years of relevant customer service or administrative experience
- Working knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD) and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Vocational certificate, Associate's Degree, or equivalent work experience
It is a plus if you also:
- Knowledge of pump products and applications (e.g., interpreting type keys, identifying pumps vs spare parts)
- Understanding of business structures, key market needs, and order fulfillment processes
- Experience supporting sales organizations in a regional or multi-country environment
