Sales & Customer Support
CSSC Order Management Representative
Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through seamless order management in a fast-paced, global environment? Then join our mission to pioneer smarter water solutions that reduce energy use and improve lives.
As our new Order Management Representative, you'll be managing customer orders end-to-end — from receipt through delivery and billing — ensuring accurate processing, proactive communication, and swift resolution of order-related issues that keep our industrial customers' operations running smoothly. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing
As a key part of the Industry Customer Supply & Service Centre (CSSC) team, you'll create impact by ensuring every customer order is processed accurately and on time, strengthening trust and loyalty across our global industrial customer base.

Your main responsibilities include:
•    Manage post-order enquiries via email, telephone, and live chat — providing solutions on order changes, cancellations, shipping conditions, and supply chain issues
•    Process and optimize request tickets in SAP/CRM systems, ensuring full transparency and adherence to defined SLAs
•    Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure customer commitments are met
•    Maintain open order housekeeping workflows, ensuring orders are complete to secure invoice processing
•    Record and action customer product return requests, and manage customer contact data within operating systems
•    Promote Grundfos digital tools to customers and identify new business opportunities for follow-up by Sales colleagues

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you're a detail-oriented customer service professional with strong analytical skills, a proactive 'can-do' attitude, and proven experience navigating order-to-cash processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

We'd also imagine that you are/have:
•    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Customer Services, Engineering, or equivalent, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in order management or customer service
•    Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/CRM systems within an Order-to-Cash process
•    Strong written and spoken English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to work shifts, including possible night shifts and local public holidays

It's a plus if you also:
•    Experience in the manufacturing or pump/water technology industry
•    Ability to speak multiple languages
•    Familiarity with customer portal management and digital engagement tools

Why you'll love working here
Day to day, you can look forward to:
•    A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
•    Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
•    Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering.
•    On-demand training and structured development programmes to support your growth.

Valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds. As part of our commitment to a safe and compliant hiring process, final candidates may be required to undergo a background check, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
