As our new IND CSSC Order Management Representative, you will be serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, managing the full order lifecycle from quotation to fulfillment, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, sales teams, and supply chain partners. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Industry CSSC Order Management team, you'll create impact by Driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence by ensuring accurate, timely order processing and proactively identifying opportunities to improve how we serve our customers.

Your main responsibilities include:
•    Provide first-contact resolution on customer inquiries and process quotations, order entries, and related business transactions in SAP
•    Manage customer order changes including lead times, shipping conditions, quantities, cancellations, and coordinate with External Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
•    Create and manage tickets (RFIs, RFQs, OEW, CIC Logistics) to document, track, and route inquiries to relevant teams within service level agreements
•    Maintain customer and contact master data in SAP CRM, resolve missing order data, and ensure executable orders at point of entry
•    Record customer complaints, handle product return requests, and promote digital tools such as GPC, MyGrundfos, and Extranet
•    Identify business opportunities for sales teams and internal process improvement opportunities

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented customer service professional with strong SAP knowledge, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. We would also imagine that you have:
•    Minimum 2-3 years of relevant customer service or order management experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
•    Working knowledge of SAP (CRM/SD) for order processing and customer data management
•    Proficiency in MS Office applications
•    Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and relationship-building skills

It is a plus if you also:
•    Fluency in Mandarin speaking
•    Fundamental product and application knowledge (e.g., interpreting type keys, identifying pumps, spare parts, kits, or motors)
•    Vocational certificate or Associate's Degree in a related field
