As our new Associate Payroll Specialist, you will be supporting end-to-end payroll processing and ensuring compliance with local regulations while delivering seamless employee experience. What you will be doing
As a key part of the HR Business Support team, you'll create impact by Ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery that builds trust and supports the well-being of employees across the organization.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Payroll processing -Performing in-house payroll processes in our global Payroll Provider’s system based on process description
- Payroll validation – Cross comparison of the payroll inputs versus the payroll output calculation file
- Payroll reporting – Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual payroll reports either generated by the payroll provider’s system or manually
- Vendor communication – Communicating with the global payroll provider in case of technical issues
- Internal communication – Communicating with the original process owner country i.e. with the Local Payroll Consultant, HR Country Manager or other local stakeholders
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented professional with strong numerical aptitude and a commitment to delivering reliable, compliant payroll services. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor’s degree from area of Finance or Accounting preferred
- 3+ years of experience within Payroll & Benefits in a multi-country set-up
- Payroll processing and Payroll output validation experience
- Experience with outsourced payroll provider setup
- Possession of process efficiency mindset
- Experience from a global company
- Must speak and write English fluently
