As our new Associate HR Coordinator, Philippines, you will be delivering high-quality HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding new hires and managing employee records to coordinating offboarding processes — all while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with local requirements. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Country HR Philippines team, you'll create impact by Ensuring every employee touchpoint is handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism — directly shaping how people experience working at Grundfos..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate end-to-end pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities, preparing contracts, documents, and system access while serving as the primary contact for new hires
  • Manage employee exit processes including resignation documentation, clearance activities, system updates, and coordination of final pay with payroll
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate employee records, contracts, amendments, and certificates in compliance with data privacy and audit requirements
  • Provide backup support for benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to employee inquiries
  • Track onboarding milestones, contract renewals, and document expirations using trackers and reporting tools
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance HR operational effectiveness, compliance, and employee experience

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented and organized HR professional with strong communication skills, a commitment to accuracy, and a genuine desire to deliver an outstanding employee experience. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

It is a plus if you also have:

  • 1+ year of experience in HR administration, operations, records management, or customer support
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR practices
  • HR-related certification or training, and familiarity with Microsoft Copilot
