Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer support in the world of pump technology? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Associate Customer Sales and Support Center (CSSC) Application Engineer Commercial Building Services, you will be providing technical quotations, product sizing advice, and application support for pump products and solutions across the APAC English-speaking region, handling complex enquiries and supporting tender processes. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Customer Sales and Support Center Back Office team, you'll create impact by Delivering expert technical guidance that helps customers find the right pump solutions while driving business growth across the APAC region.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate complex enquiries from customers and sales teams, providing technical assistance on product sizing, applications, and system solutions within required timeframes
  • Deliver high-standard customer support across telephony, email, chat, and digital channels while following established SLAs
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and technical specifications for tender requirements and special orders
  • Support sales teams with tenders and projects by supplying detailed specifications, calculations, delivery timelines, and maintenance guidance

  • Manage cases using standardized procedures, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate customer master data

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically curious problem solver with strong communication skills, comfortable navigating customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment while balancing accuracy with efficiency. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 0-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in pumps, technical, or engineering environments

  • Excellent written and spoken English for supporting customers across English-speaking APAC countries

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Direct experience in the pump or water technology industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships
